- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

We do not offer refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items (if you choose to include this rule)
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
To request a refund:

- Provide clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
4. Shipping Costs
